Wild at Heart has been together as a band for about 8 years now... ...Guess it's true when they say "time flies when you're having fun"...(whoever THEY are!)
Greg had been playing in a band called The Bounce from around '84 while Dennis and Reid had been playing together in a duo called First Street for a couple years. Prior to both of those gigs, Greg and Dennis already knew each other, having both been members of a band called Skin Deep. Sharing the same desire to put together a solid group of musicians, it seemed a natural progression for the three of them to get together.
Dean had been playing in various bands on the road and all over the place. Deciding to give up the road, he settled down (both literally and figuratively!) and eventually developed a friendship with Reid.
Trisha had been doing the occasional gig also and first met Greg, Dennis and Reid when they were all taking part in a benefit concert for the publicly founded CKUA radio station. Recognizing her vocal talents, the guys knew she would be a great asset to the band. Thankfully, Trisha was willing to give it a try and it wasn't long before she and Dean joined the band in '97.
With the new faces and new repertoire came a new name and Wild at Heart was born. Priding themselves on a solid musicianship, Wild at Heart's playlist is bound to appeal to all.
